Our unique concept of the computer user interacting with the computer Technician is based on the same principle as the interaction between a doctor and his/her patient.

Our understanding of the limited interaction between the “IT Technician” and the average home computer user is the driving force behind this unique concept.

For the average home computer user, their computer is a central part of everyday life, and for some it is their connection to a community. Therefore when their computer has a problem it becomes very daunting; almost scary at times to have the problem fixed easily or quickly.

When we don’t feel 100% we phone our Doctor, make an appointment and interact with the doctor to find out what the problem is. With “your friendly PC GP” if your computer is not operating at 100%, you can phone Visec Technology, make an appointment (knowing in advance the amount of the consultancy fee), have a technician diagnose the problem in consultation with you. The technician will either fix the problem there and then or if further work is required provide you with a written quote.
